Boaters who show up at put-in or take-out with no shuttle or plans to
kayak with anyone else, hoping they'll be able to latch on to a trip.
It's not ideal, but hey they are fellow kayakers so you let them put on
with you. A few people signed up for the contest and then forgot to
enter photos in round one for whatever reason. These lurkers, and those
that did not advance from round one are
