Diane Gaydos, Rodger's Creek. Nikon D600 & 24-85mm VR
Today, January 30th, we are
getting the first rain of 2014. It's not a lot but every little bit
helps. We're certainly hoping for more to rescue any kind of a season
here. The lack of water has been productive for the page, and there are
new river descriptions up from British Columbia:
Callaghan Creek,
The
Upper Cheakamus and
Rodger's Creek.
The Dinkey Creek Trail Association was formed to maintain access to
The Waterfalls of Dinkey Creek. The trail
is on an old, abandoned CCC trail that is periodicaly maintained by
fisherman, and now by the association. I'm happy to say that after a
lot of work it's now possible to hike all the way to the Turtle Creek
crossing without pushing through or crawling under manzanita. Love
Dinkey Creek and want to become part of the association? Just drop a
note to me;
